ENAW is structured as a 501c3 charitable organization with a scope covering a platform for charitable and community-based activities. ENAW is governed by a diverse Council of Presidents with input from an Executive Council and a Board of Advisors. The Council of Presidents consists of representatives from member clubs and organizations. All organization business is governed by an approved Constitution.
Since its inception, the long term objective of ENAW has been on development and education of the mind and spirit while providing the resources necessary. ENAW designs and executes programs that supports and promotes our cultural heritage, improves and educate the diaspora on local economic opportunities and growth.
Furthermore, ENAW believes that a well-developed and properly executed program will provide long term solutions to most of the challenges faced by Edo State citizens. As the only recognized organization for Edo state indigenes, ENAW is open to partnership with legitimate organizations that share our vision and passion for these programs. This organization has been very successful in developing, implementing and sustaining some programs across Edo State and in the Diaspora.

Established in 1992, Edo National Association Worldwide is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to promoting and supporting the unity, self-reliance and solidarity of people of Edo origin at home and in the diaspora. It is the sole association recognized by both Edo State Government and Edo State Traditional Council as the mouthpiece and official organization for Edo people in diaspora.
